We require a 50% deposit of the total amount of the order, before commencing with the order. When the deposit is paid and cleared, we will start making the candles.

If a cash deposit is made into our bank account, please add an extra R20 for banking fees with each cash deposit, internet transfers don’t need to add R20.

No cheques are accepted and we don’t have card facilities.

Please allow 3 days for the order to be ready after the deposit is paid.

No candles will be released until the full outstanding amount is paid.
